Welcome to Saint Ambrose Summer Camp!
We have so many fun and exciting activities planned for this year!
Summer camp begins on Monday, July 10th, and before care will open at 7:30 AM.
Please read all of the important information below for start/end times and policies
and procedures. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and support.
All Saint Ambrose School families must be current with their school
accounts to attend summer camp.
Method of Payment: All payments must be paid online via the school
website. Registration is now open and closes on May 31st. The link will reopen on
June 1st with a $25 per week increase in price. There is a discount of $50 for any family
enrolling more than one child for the same week.
Discounted partial weeks for camp or scholarships are not offered.
Hours of Operation: Before care: 7:30 – 9:00 a.m.
Camp: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Aftercare: 4:00 – 6:00 p.m.

3. Submit the $50.00* registration fee HERE. This fee holds your place and is not refundable. If you choose to send your child for the full summer camp, this fee will be deducted from the full summer camp payment.

July 10- 14, 2023, Week 1 - $360.00
July 17-21, 2023, Week 2 - $360.00
July 24- 28, 2023, Week 3 - $360.00
Extended Day Care - $80 (per week)
Weeks 1, 2, and 3 - $1,030
No flip flops, halter tops, crop tops, midriffs, t-shirts with inappropriate slogans, or shorts that are too tight or revealing. Cell phones are required to be kept in the office during camp. Nail polish, jewelry, Mohawks, and faddish, trendy haircuts/styles ARE acceptable for summer camp.
We reserve the right to take pictures of your child and use them in our brochures as well as advertisements.
Completed health forms must be turned in prior to the first day of participation for all non-Saint Ambrose School students. The Health Inventory Form is available on the website. It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to turn in all health forms. Participants may not attend without completed health forms on-site, with no exceptions.** In addition, it is imperative that we know if your child has any medical problems.
If so, additional information may be needed in order for our child to participate in camp.**

All campers will receive an official Saint Ambrose School Camp shirt. The Camp t-shirt must be worn on field trips and additional shirts may be purchased for a fee. T-shirts have been ordered for all campers. These t-shirts will be distributed on the first day of camp.
1st offense: Time out
2nd offense: Phone call to parent
3rd offense: Parent conference (student, teacher, directory & parent(s)
4th offense: 1-day suspension from program w/o credit of missed day
5th offense: Dismissal w/o refund
All participants must have a signed Field Trip Liability Form on file for each field trip in order to participate in the organized field trips. Field trip forms will be available on Monday for the upcoming week. All campers must wear their summer camp t-shirt on field trips.

Certified Teachers
Lunch on Mondays and Fridays

Official Camp T-Shirt
Field Trips – both in-house and away – please note field trips are subject to change
Special Activities and Arts and Crafts
1. Select the weeks you have registered for Summer Camp 2023.
2. Payments for Summer Camp should be submitted HERE.
3. Make Payment. The school will be notified that payment has been made and your child will be enrolled.
Please note: All payments must be made in full by Friday, May 26th, or a late fee may be imposed. Thank you!
